Government design project experience includes the landscape architectural design and project administration of large roadway projects in urban contexts such as Pembroke Road and Hiatus Road in Broward County, State Road 80 in Palm Beach County and Washington Avenue, and N.W. 125th Street in Dade County. Project site design of civic projects includes the Miami Dade County Water & Sewer Department Headquarters, the Palmetto Metrorail Station and the FIU Administration Building & Courtyard, Audobon Community Park in South Miami and Lakeside Park in Celebration. In the public realm especially, we need to approach landscape architectural design with a higher level of accountability and excellence for ourselves and our fellow citizens both now and for the future.
